Vateri is built with wood and stone, its balconies and loggias overlooking the Euboean Gulf and its stunning sunsets. The cosy spaces and blooming gardens, surrounded by olive trees and vines, make Vateri the perfect place for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Welcoming guests all year round, Vateri is located on the north western coast of the island of Evia, a region that combines sea and mountain, and is ideal for enjoying nature’s beauty in every season.
Traditional architecture and tasteful decoration, along with a warm and welcoming family atmosphere are the elements that make up Vateri and promise to make you feel at home!
A message from the owners
Natural disasters claim our attention and have a unique way of remaining indelibly etched in our minds, hearts and bodies. Our beloved Vateri, the guesthouse so close to your hearts, is reopening after 10 months of closure. Although wounded by last August's wildfire, with one of its buildings destroyed, and with fewer rooms, Vateri wants to send the message that defeat is not falling down; rather, defeat is not trying to rise again. This summer the picture might be a bit bleak, but we promise that we will do everything we can to make it go unnoticed.
Your love, as reflected in the messages we have received and continue to receive, will remain etched in our hearts forever.
